Equalities and rights: Conflict and the need for clarity

Attorney General Suella Braverman spoke at the Policy Exchange about equalities and human rights. We welcome her unambiguous clarification on sex-based rights in the Equality Act (2010) and the legality of providing single-sex services and spaces where to do so is a proportionate means to achieve a legitimate aim.
